innovative technician who as a young man in the late 50s and early 60s worked
closely with Otis T. Carr.
Ralph and Otis worked on a
number of flying disks projects (OTC-X1), that successfully
flew! The 45 foot diameter flying disk with counter rotating magnetic fields,
was also very much like a highly charged capacitor. Ralph testifies to co-piloting the OTC-X1 with Otis T. Carr, which when
flying became invisible and timeless.
